Linking Individual Demographics to Antecedents of Mobile Banking Usage: Evidence from Developing Countries in Southeast Europe

This study investigates the linkages between antecedents of extended unified theory acceptance and use technology (UTAUT2) model an individual demographics in four developing countries Southeast Europe. Three unexplored are introduced, such as employment status, living settlement financial experience. The article applies partial least square non-parametric methods to examine proposed associations from a dataset 959 individuals. Evidence reveals that those individuals who employed, live urban areas, have experience scored higher UTAUT2 constructs. suggests inclusion additional moderating factors into model, which gives better understanding individuals’ adaption scholars practitioners.
